1. Eligibility for Returns

   • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items in their original, unused, and resalable condition (with tags and packaging intact).
   • Personalized or perishable goods are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

   • Contact our customer service at support@healingcrystals.cn to initiate a return.
   • Return the product to our designated address (provided via email).

3. Shipping & Customs

   • Buyer’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs and any applicable import duties/taxes for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are the customer’s responsibility.
   • We recommend using tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage.

4. Refunds

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
   • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees and return-related costs.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

   • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for replacements (photo proof required).
